Aarna Yoga is here to guide your yoga journey to health and happiness and to provide a community of supportive students as you learn and grow together. Classes are built around the five key principles of yoga to stretch and tone your body, steady the mind, and leave you feeling relaxed and ready to reach the best version of YOU.
