In 2016, I completed my 200hr yoga teacher training with the International School of Sivananda Yoga, which focuses on a holistic approach to health and wellbeing through the combination of mind-body exercises. Building on this experience, my classes are based on a traditional yoga sequence designed to stretch and tone the body from top to toe. Expect a dynamic practice promoting strength, flexibility and relaxation that will leave you feeling energised and refreshed.
